I liked Stephen Ireland’s set up for Robinho and Wright-Phillips. It was superb and when Ched Evans scored I was shocked because he hardly ever scores. I loved the way the Brazilian star Jo slotted the ball past David James I wish I could have done the same. It was tight for Wright-Phillips because he was on a tight angle but he just slammed it in!! I liked how my favourite player, Robinho, was involved in nearly everything City did. Wherever the ball went, Robinho went. I went to the match with my dad.

I had just moved to greater Manchester, and travelled to work everyday past the staduim, so really wanted to go to a match. For a treat for my dads birthday I decided to take him.
The game we went to was Man city vs. stoke. Where we got to see Robinho’s treble! I love the atmosphere and enjoyed every single minute-It was mega!!
I now follow Man city games, even travelled to Middlesbrough to see them play.
City till i die!!

Hi,
My name is Thomas. I wanted to write to you about my first ever MANCHESTER CITY game.
It was at the City Of Manchester Stadium I thought it was beautiful I this was all two seasons ago.
The match was MANCHESTER CITY vs Reading o.k. we lost but the experience I will never forget it was magical.
The crackling atmosphere of the crowd was great
I went with my Uncle Auntie and Grandma I know they also enjoyed it I have been to plenty of other Man City matches and they have all been a magical time.
I hope I will be going to plenty more Man City matches to have another great time.
One more thing CITY TILL I DIE
Thanks Thomas

My first City game was against Portsmouth and we won 6-0
I had on my city kit and was very excited and when we got there I didnt really understand where we were going as i had only seen it on the TV and it all looked quite strange and very big.
We sat on down on our seats and there was lots of loud music and noise but then my mum pointed out MoonBeam and Moon Chester and they waved at me and i was very excited. I kept calling them Moonpig !
When the game started it was very quiet and i watched the city players, my mum pointed out who each player was as my brothers told me to look out for certain players.
I started to get a bit bored and needed the toilet about 10 times. At half time my mum bought me a pie and a drink and a phoned my dad to tell him it was quite good and that i had seen Moonpig !!!! my mum kept correcting me saying Moon Beam and my brothers were laughing.
Then i thought we were going home but mum said its the 2nd half ( i wondered what she meant ) and she said there is a bit more……. then when city scored i jumped off my seat and started shouting CITY, CITY, CITY, then before i knew it we kept scoring, everyone was singing and shouting, it was really really good,
My brothers were very jealous when i got home that they had missed city winning 6-0,
They all said i was obviously the city winning mascot as the next time they played they lost.

My long expected first match was the away game at Newcastle on 20th October 08. Was a month into Uni and inbetween social circles. Soon as the tickets were available i had to buy one. Unfortunately, i bought tickets to sit in the home end with my friedns as it was cheaper. £17 to be truthful. Boy was that a mistake, as when Rob Styles awards a penalty i celebrated. Yep, surrounded by thousands of Newcastle fans, i actually screamed ‘yesssss’. Thankgod it was 2-2, otherwise i may not be writing this testimonial today
But know that i was always looking left at the singing city fans, and know that next year, i will definately be joining my fellow citizens.
