I bought the tickets as a first anniversary present for my husband, who is a life long city fan, i become one through my vows. City got beat but it was still a great game.

After tea we left my older sister safely with grandma and promptly kidnapped grandad and whisked him away to the match, it will be great to share memories of my first match with grandad when i am older. Although a little sad that my dad had to work and could not make it, I wasnt sure what to expect when i got to the stadium but it was huge i couldnt believe how many people where there. The atmosphere was fantastic even though we where sat on the front row getting soaked but it was worth it with a 2-1 result. Half time was interesting too as i had never seen or tasted a hotdog that was so big before and it is now my ritual to have a hotdog at every match i attend. My friends have laughed at me for being a MCFC supporter but the love i have for MCFC will never fail, I have been laughed at for wearing the kit and going to matches but it is me who is having the last laugh because in the last 12 months i have converted 12 of my friends, including some who have laughed at me and probably to their dad’s dismay. I also include a photo of myself and my birthday cake.

Santander is near Basque Country and we went by car in 2 hours from our home.
Lost 3-1 but the ambience was great, unforgetable…we had the oportunity to stay with the city fans in the same place in the stadium. The police saw our city shirts and we were moved to where they were.
AHH we are: Richard Mallet (the real City Fan since was born), Juan, Mikel and Joseba.

I am an international student from Mumbai, India currently doing my MSc. Hospitality Mgmt at Manchester Metropolitan University. One day me and my friend who is also an international student from Jordan decided to go see our 1st Man City Game. It wasnt the best day in terms of weather (freezing cold) and the match ended goaless! None the less we had a great 1st experience … especially loved the Hot Dogs at the stadium and seeing some of our heroes in action was great! Im attaching a couple of pics … goin next week for the City v/s Copenhagen game!
