My first match was in the last season at Maine Road when City played Newscastle and City won 1-0. Only went due to getting my uncles ticket when he went on holiday yet i loved the match and decided to get a season ticket when City moved to CoMPS and have been since.x

My 1st city game was at home to west brom it was a good game but there were no goals my dad had told me moments before the game wait for a goal to go in the whole ground just errupts tingles your spine…. the match finished a 0-0 draw i was some what dissapointed living in brighton coming all the way to manchester for a 0-0 draw LOL.
Then me and my dad were in a pub the day before we were ment to go back and there was a bloke selling tickets for the next match against burnley i begged my dad to buy them and in the end he did 60 pounds each lol… However it was more than worth it with the ground erupting 5 times on route to 5-1 victory the perfect 1st (or 2nd) game lool !!!

I live in Ireland and had seen city play in Ireland in a couple of summer friendlys and once in Maine Road but my first game in eastlands was against Bolton in 2003/04 season and it happened to be my honeymoon. I booked tickets and a meal in the citizen suite, it was great and to top it all city won 6:2…what a day. I have been hooked since and go over 2 or 3 times each season.

My first memory of a city game was on the 21st April 2003 when i was just 6 i saw city take on Sunderland at on of the final games at Maine Road. The score ended up 3-0 to city with Mark-Vivien-Foe scoring 2 and Robbie Fowler getting 1. It was my only game seeing Foe in action but that hasn’t stopped him being my hero.

wow it was incredible walking up the kippax stairs being a couple of meters away from the city stars.
my dad took me because he knew that main road was going to be replaced by the almighty city of manchester stadium, it was quiet upsetting to say that this great groung would go to waste so i finally saw the kippax at its best.the crowd exploded when robbie fowler scored everybody was buzzing.
it was his first goal and i could finally go back to my school and say to all of my mates that the almighty manchester city won against birmingham city fc and i was there and buzzing just as much as everybody else. After the match i got my first ever man city kit i loved it was like a diamond to me it was great i wore it everywhere.it is a day i will never ever forget.

I had been to 2 previous City games vs Wrexham and Charlton at Maine Road, but I couldn’t recall them too much. This however, was the first ever City game at Eastlands vs Barcelona. I was very excited, not only to see the blues, but also because Ronaldinho and crew were coming to town. To see my team beat the mighty Barca 2-1 that day has to be one of the greatest days of my life.

I remember Dad bringing me down from Scotland, for my first city game.
I can’t remember much about the day, but remember going into the Maine Road shop, and buying an away shirt with Anelka’s name on the back. It was the first time I’d seen so many blues, as I’d come from a small town in Scotland!
I really can’t remember anything about the game, other than seeing El-Hadji Diouf’s white hairdo!!. My first proper memory was the following season against Total Network Solutions, and I’ve been regularly ever since, but I’m glad I can at least say i went to Maine Road!!
