I was 10 days old when I went to my first City game. 17-08-94, West Ham. I was told I slept through the whole game, which is a shame! It just feels good to know that I’ve always been a fan, even from the youngest age possible. I wonder if it’s some sort of record..

My first game was the coca cola cup fourth round against Newcastle, November 1994. I was gripped from the minute i walked into the umbro stand. The game was 1-1 and Rosler scored our equaliser. What I remember most was Keith Curle and Andy Cole having abit of an altercation and my memory maybe abit hazy but I am sure Cole kicked Curle up the bum…fond memories!! Once a blue always a blue!!

My first game was against reading back when i was abou 3 or 4. I dont remember much from that game but i was sat in the kippax with my dad. I remember i had a perminant smile on my face due to the atmosphere. That was the single best day of my childhood and i still have the scarf i got from the match to remember it.

My dad took me to the classical Maine Road when I was only 3. I was so excited the atmosphere was electric. The only memory I have of the game was a comical moment at half time when bluemoon and Norwich’s mascot the canary, they shook the hands of fans and I told my dad “we should’ve brought some bread for the bird2 I thought it was real.

My first ever game was at Maine Road in October 1994. I was 7 years old and we were sat in the old Kippax stand, which was under construction. It was a very wet day, there was no roof and every so often huge drips of rain would land on us from the cranes above us.
City won 5-2 and I remember Paul Walsh and Uwe Rosler scoring, I think.
Klinsmann also scored for Spurs in one of Ossie Ardilles’ last games.
What a brilliant game and all round experience for my first game.

At the age of 3, I went along to watch city play against Oldham. Me and my dad sat in the home section with some of his friends from work who had got us tickets. Although I dont remember that match, I obviously deciede that I liked what I saw from the start and I’ve had a season ticket since 1997. My strongest memories are from Wembley, probably the best (and most unbearable) match I’ve been to! Weaves is a legend.

Rather ironic really, that the first football match I ever went to was against Southampton at Maine Road, and the last match at Maine Road was the same fixture… Neither me or my dad can remember the score but one thing I know is from that day on, blue blood ran in my veins. Being a city fan i my house wasn’t ever a choice… the first thing I wore was a Man City baby grow, and I do specifically remember having a huge Georgie Kinkladze poster in my room that I used bow to. All that aside a two year old stood in the kippax absolutely bewildered by everything going on around him is quite a nice thought for me, and being that Im still a season ticket holder but now in the south stand of Eastlands means that I am living proof that our far superior Blue half of Manchester is far more loyal than any other team in the world! BLUES!

My first game was when the great Franny Lee,(so my Dad says) took over as Chairman of the best club in the world although at the time you wouldn’t of thought so. Unfortunatly i cant remember the team we played or the score. All i can remember was sitting in the north stand with my first ever bovril and the atmosphere was fantastic .I WAS HOOKED!!!

September 10 1994 – Crystal Palace at home. I was 7 years old and I still remember getting out of the car by the “Toastrack” and walking into the ground. The roar from the North Stand where I was sat as the teams walked out.. I still remember it now. Paul Walsh scored right in front of us – and another young person’s blood turns blue. City til I die!
