Dear Fans,

Welcome to My First City Game, a celebration of your memories of your first experience of a Manchester City match. Whether this was in the 1960s or at last weekend’s game; at Maine Road, the City of Manchester Stadium or Rotherham – we want to know about that particular day in your life. Where it was, who you were with, how you got there and maybe even what you ate; we’re looking for whatever it is that made that day unforgettable for you.

Our plan is to fill the City of Manchester Stadium with many of your experiences, to cherish these moments and make the stadium feel even more like the spiritual home of our club. Khaldoon Al Mubarak, our new chairman and I, both recognise that City fans, both young and old, are the heartbeat of our club and it is your support that makes Manchester City the most special football club in the world.  It seems only natural that your ground should be filled with your thoughts and feelings.
