My six year old son George’s first game (apart from the occasional game where he sat on my knee barely old enough to know what was occurring) was against Portsmouth last season (2008) when we won 3-1. I remember George celebrating each goal by standing on his chair and joining in the choruses of “Blue Moon2 and the chants of “easy, easy!!!” as we scored 2 eraly goals and then he even hed the gall to enquire the score of ex-Blue Sylvain Distin. I was in hysterics and swelling with pride at my true blue son!!!
